Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original parts, components, and accessories, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is accepted; damage caused by careless handling or misuse is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs and any related return processing fees.

  6. The return will be processed within 7 business days after the item has been received. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without fault on our part.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info.senzapro@gmail.com

  • Make sure the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage or breakage
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s full address

Once your request has been received, we will contact you and provide the return address along with further instructions.

Do not send any products without prior authorization.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cancellation will no longer be possible.
