We are proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–10 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days to process it. After that, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may be delayed to ensure maximum safety.
Below are the estimated delivery times by country:
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–16 business days
• Central America: 10–25 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
• Other countries: 11–30 business days
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In such cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days. If you experience any unusual delay in receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to help resolve any issues.
